Join Trans Joy Revolution, The Asterisk, and the Hudson Valley LGBTQ Community Center for a gathering around the fire on 11/20 for Trans Day of Remembrance.
Trigger Warning: violence, murder
Trans Day of Remembrance is an annual observation that honors the lives of our trans siblings taken by gender violence. In 2025, at least 367 trans and gender expansive siblings have been killed because of their identity and expression. We remember them. We honor them. We act for them.
On Thursday, November 20 from 6 - 8:30 PM, gather with us around the fire pit to process, grieve, and connect in the warmth of community. Vegetarian food and warm beverages provided. Please BYO camp chairs and blankets & we will have some to share.
This event centers trans and nonbinary people. Allies welcome.
